CONCURRENT SESSIONS - Online proposal forms are now avilable.  Click here to access the proposal form.

A Concurrent Session presenter(s) shares information and ideas about the use of technology with students or educators. These 45-minute sessions are held in front of a group of peers while using a projector and/or other tools to present ideas. (Educators only will be considered to present this type of presentation.)

Concurrent Sessions will be held at various times during the day on Wednesday, January 28, 2009, and Thursday, January 29, 2009.

All speakers MUST be registered for the conference and up to three speakers can be listed in the Conference Program.  Speaker #1 will receive 50% off the cost of a one-day Conference Registration or $75 off the cost of a two-day Conference Registration.  All other speakers must pay the full one- or two-day conference registration fee.  The proposal deadline is October 31, 2009.

A Success Showcase presenter will share a project or activity that integrates technology into the education of students. It is an opportunity th share with others, your ideas, in an informal, one-on-one atmosphere of interaction and questions while displaying information and examples of your project. (Educators only will be selected for this type of presentation.)

Success Showcases will be held in Exhibit Hall D of the Convention Center either Wednesday, January 28, 2009 - 4:00 - 5:15 pm or Thursday, January 29, 2009 - 9:30 - 10:45 am.

The Success Showcase presenter will receive 50% off the cost of a one-day Conference Registration or $75 off the cost of a two-day Conference Registration.  All other speakers must pay the full one- or two-day conference registration fee.  The proposal deadline is October 31, 2009.

EXHIBITOR MINI LABS

Registered exhibitors will have an opportunity to submit a proposal to present a hands-on mini-lab session in either the Macintosh Mini-Lab or the PC Mini-Lab located in Exhibit Hall D.  Exhibitors may co-present with an educator.  Exhibitor Mini-Lab sessions will take place on either Wednesday, January 28, 2009, or Thursday, January 29, 2009. Each session will be 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes between to allow for setup.

The Exhibitor Mini Lab proposal form is available on the Thank You page at the end of the Exhibitor Registration and only registered Exhibiitors will be accepted to present. Deadline for proposal submission: December 1, 2008.
