Who is your audience? ICE demographics change only slightly from year to year. These are the decision makers for technology purchases from schools across Indiana. Sample statistics from a recent conference: |
| What can you do to draw a crowd in the exhibit area? Don't just stand there, do something...something exciting. People like to see technology in action, and everyone is searching for the A HA! experience at ICE. Everyone likes free stuff (tee shirts, software, key drives...). Give those away in your booth or have drawings every hour for larger items. If you feed them, they will come. Food is a big motivator. If an exhibitor or group of exhibitors sponsors continental breakfast, light lunch, and/or wine and cheese tasting, you would definitely draw a crowd. |
How can you increase your name recognition in the Indiana educational technology community? Increase your name recognition with sponsorships. Sponsor the opening reception, a keynote or spotlight speaker, or take advantage of many other sponsorship opportunitites in the Sponsorship Brochure. |
